(CEO) & Managing Director
Dr. Khanyisile Thwala provides strategic leadership across Okwendalo Mining Group’s mining, environmental, energy, and infrastructure operations. She is an accomplished academic, mining executive, environmental specialist, and governance leader with more than four decades of professional experience. Her expertise includes mineral resource development, environmental compliance, mining rights applications, Social and Labour Plans, Environmental Impact Assessments, stakeholder engagement, and responsible mining governance.
Vumani Mncube
(COO) & Managing Director
Vumani Mncube oversees the Group’s mining operations, logistics, commercial activities, supply chain management, export coordination, and business development. With nearly two decades of business experience, he brings strong expertise in mining operations, petroleum supply, commodity logistics, infrastructure development, and strategic project execution.
