She is an accomplished academic, mining executive, environmental specialist, and governance leader with more than four decades of professional experience. Her expertise includes mineral resource development, environmental compliance, mining rights applications, Social and Labour Plans, Environmental Impact Assessments, stakeholder engagement, and responsible mining governance.

Vumani Mncube oversees the Group’s mining operations, logistics, commercial activities, supply chain management, export coordination, and business development.
